Trenching/Shoring Services is offering Excavation Safety Training for CAWP/H2AP Members. Trench Shoring Services will provide the training at their facility at 1200 Neville Road, Neville Island, PA. Directions to Trench Shoring Services can be found at www.shoring.com. The seminar is FREE of charge and a dinner will be provided.
Each attendee will receive a wallet card verifying that he/she has been trained on the OSHA construction standards for excavations (29 CFR 1926.650 -.652 - Subpart P). The class will cover OSHA Standards, Hazard Identification, Soil Identification and Analysis (manual & visual tests), Competent Person, Protective Systems, etc.
