The Constructors Association of Western Pennsylvania is a membership organization dedicated to furthering the agenda of heavy and highway union contractors.

For over 70 years, the Constructors Association of Western Pennsylvania has been a credible and tireless advocate for union contractors in western Pennsylvania, by addressing issues such as adequate transportation funding and competitive labor markets.
