CAWP Hosts Reception for Lynn Swann

On Wednesday, August 30, 2006, CAWP hosted a reception for Lynn Swann- Candidate for Governor.  Swann discussed  preventing of further flexing of highway funds, public/private partnerships, his plan for funding Pennsylvania's transportation systems, and prevailing wages.
