SUBJECT:     Excavation Safety Training

    Trenching Shoring Services is offering Excavation Safety Training for CAWP/H2AP Members. Trench Shoring Services will provide the training at their facility at 1200 Neville Road, Neville Island, PA. Directions to their facility can be found at www.shoring.com. The seminar, which includes dinner, is FREE of charge.

    The class will cover OSHA Standards (29 CFR 1926.650 -.652 - Subpart P), Hazard Identification, Soil Identification and Analysis (manual & visual tests), Competent Person, Protective Systems, etc. Each attendee will receive a wallet card verifying that he/she has been trained on the OSHA construction standards for excavations.

Tuesday, October 10, 2006 (4:30 - 9:30 PM)
Tuesday, November 14, 2006 (4:30 - 9:30 PM)
