WHAT IS THE CAWP YCF?                                                   

The Constructors Association of Western Pennsylvania’s Young Constructors Forum (YCF) is an opportunity for young professionals of the construction industry to gain personal and professional growth. By participating in social gatherings with networking opportunities, as well as continuing education, CAWP YCF members develop and strengthen current skills, and in turn, their respective companies.

In addition, the CAWP YCF strives to instill leadership into the future of the Association.  The Chairman of the YCF attends CAWP Board of Governors meetings to provide perspectives of YCF Member issues and to gain experience with Board governance.

The CAWP YCF also continually works to improve the public perception of the construction industry by organizing charitable events and fundraisers in the community.
