RE:	Supervisory Training Program (STP)

The Supervisory Training Program (STP) focuses on the knowledge and skills every Supervisor needs to be an effective manager of people, time, equipment, and materials.

CAWP is offering AGC's Heavy/Highway Construction Supervisor course specifically for Heavy/Highway field supervisors, foremen, journeymen aspiring to become supervisors, and others who work with field supervisors such as estimators, engineers, etc.

The following topics are presented in AGC's course: Leadership, Motivation, Communication, Problem Solving, Cost Awareness, Planning and Organizing, Production Control, Accident Prevention and Loss Control, and Project Documents.

Course instructor, Tom McCrackin, who authored the course for AGC and was a bridge and highway contractor in St. Louis, will teach the course again. We firmly believe AGC's acclaimed STP course curriculum coupled with an excellent instructor produces a very rewarding course.
