EVENT REGISTRATION
When you register for the 2013 Annual Meeting, you will be eligible to participate in daily breakfasts, all educational sessions, the welcome reception, the group dinner and the hospitality suite. Additional activities may require additional fees. Registration fees for the 2013 Annual Meeting are as follows:

Single registration - $350.00
Couple registration - $600.00

Volume registration discounts are available this year.
3 or 4 single registrations - $325.00
3 or 4 couple registrations - $550.00

5 or more single registrations - $300.00
5 or more couple registrations - $500.00

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Hotel reservations may be made by calling the resort directly at 011 599/543-6700 or by emailing the hotel reservation department at reservations_231@columbiasussex.com. When contacting the resort, be sure to use the group name: Constructors Association of Western PA. The room rate is $245.00 per night, plus 20% in state and local taxes and a $10 per day resort fee. Based on availability, this rate will be available to you for three days prior to the event, as well as three days following.

Reservations made via Westin Hotels & Resorts parent company Starwood Hotels online booking will not reflect the group rate.  

AIR TRAVEL RESERVATIONS
Travel to St. Maarten from the USA is possible via most major carriers, with convenient connections. A current passport is required. American citizens do not require visas. Typical one-way taxi fares to the Westin from the Airport are $30.00 per cab for two passengers. Additional passengers are $5 per person. All pricing is approximate and is accurate as of 10/10/12.
