CAWP/H2AP Education and Training

The Constructors Association of Western Pennsylvania (CAWP) and the Heavy and Highway Industry Advancement Program (H2AP) are committed to delivering educational services to assist members in furthering their industry skills and knowledge. Services include monitoring, communicating, and understanding the educational needs of the contractor; continually presenting updated information through courses and seminars; providing career development opportunities; and continually promoting Careers in Construction activities. CAWP/H2AP is continually publishing and conveying updated workforce and career development information through Education Bulletins and the CAWP News.

Throughout the year, CAWP/H2AP hold education and training courses ranging from safety training, supervisor training, and professional development are just a few examples.
