CAWP Labor Agreement Negotiations

This fall, the Association will begin negotiations with the Unions on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement for CAWP Contractor membership. In preparation, the CAWP Labor Committee is interested in Contractor Members’ recommendations for possible changes to the CAWP Labor Agreement.

Potential topics may include, but are not limited to, wages, benefits, reporting time, manning requirements, jurisdiction, subcontracting clause, starting times, overtime, etc.

If you are interested in providing recommendations for changes to the CAWP Labor Agreement, join the CAWP Labor Committee on Tuesday, July 20 at 12:00 PM. This forum will be held at the Association office, and will include lunch.

If you are unable to attend, you may alternately submit your suggestions via fax (412-343-8005) or email richb@cawp.org by Tuesday, July 6. In addition to your comments, please include any history or facts that help support the changes you are recommending.
