CAWP Promotes Educator in the Workplace

CAWP is promoting an ‘Educator in the Workplace’ program being organized by the Allegheny Intermediate Unit-3. This program pairs an educator with a business for up to three days over the summer. In this program, a teacher or guidance counselor will visit your company to learn about the industry and how the employees perform their jobs. This will allow the educators to ask questions on what minimum skills and experience is required to obtain employment in the construction industry. This interaction allows for a transfer of information so that the educators can prepare the future workforce of tomorrow.
