Unauthorized Membership Invoices Reported

AGC has received reports that a group called the National Association of General Contractors and Subcontractors, Inc., has distributed a “membership invoice” to members of AGC. AGC is in no way affiliated with this group; neither AGC nor its Chapters are the source of this solicitation.

AGC has written the organization, insisting that it cease and desist from any further use of its confusing language.
