Register Now for the Heavy/Highway Construction Supervisor Training Program
Registration is now being accepted for one of CAWP’s premier training programs – The Heavy/Highway Construction Supervisor Training Program. This course focuses on the knowledge and skills every Supervisor needs to be an effective manager of people, time, equipment, and materials.
CAWP is offering AGC's Heavy/Highway Construction Supervisor course specifically for heavy/highway field supervisors, foremen, journeymen aspiring to become supervisors, and others who work with field supervisors such as estimators, engineers, etc. Tom McCrackin will present the course again this year. Tom authored the course for AGC and was a bridge and highway contractor in St. Louis.
Topics covered in this extensive course include: Leadership, Motivation, Communication, Problem Solving, Cost Awareness, Planning and Organizing, Production Control, Accident Prevention and Loss Control, and Project Documents.
DATE/TIME: March 1-3, 2010 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM each day
