Industry Awaits Word from Governor on Transportation Funding
It’s been more than a month since his commission suggested raising $2.5 billion in new annual revenue for roads and bridges, but Governor Corbett has yet to announce his plan for funding transportation. Corbett is under continuing pressure to say what steps his administration is willing to take to increase funding for road and bridge projects in the state.
Here is what you can do to help generate support for the transportation funding plan set forth by the Governor’s Transportation Funding Advisory Commission:
• Write a letter to the editor of your local paper in support of the TFAC proposal;
• Write a letter to Governor Corbett in support of the TFAC plan;
• Write or call your State Senator or Representative to urge their support;
• Urge employees, family members, colleagues, etc. to populate

• Sign up with Keystone Transportation Funding Coalition to attend legislator grassroots meetings;
• Get in front of local organizations to support TFAC;
