CAWP Safety Bulletin 19-09
December 9, 2009
TO: CAWP/H2AP Members
FROM: Jason Koss, Director of Industry Relations
SUBJECT: Crisis Management for Construction
All businesses need a plan for responding to conditions that could disrupt their ability to operate. Company representatives should have the necessary skills to portray their company in the best light, while continuing to work under difficult circumstances. Experience has shown that a company’s chances of managing a crisis increase exponentially with the amount of planning and training done before a crisis occurs.
Travelers Risk Control specialists will present this course to learn what you can do to survive a construction-related crisis. This workshop is designed as a starting point to help develop a formal plan for your company.
