SUBJECT: Supervisory Leadership Course
The Heavy and Highway Industry Advancement Program (H2AP) is pleased to offer a leadership course that will assist your personnel in understanding the value of effective supervision and how to improve your supervisors’ ability to lead and motivate others. Instructing the course is Michael Boyer, who has several years of experience teaching this subject for the AGC Supervisory Training Program and for the U.S. Army. The following personnel would benefit in attending this course: schedulers, superintendants, project managers, project engineers, etc.
Topics of the course include:
