AGC WEBINAR: Getting Ready for OFCCP: Compliance Issues and Best Practices for Contractors
Contractors are encouraged to participate in a free showing of an AGC webinar on the OFCCP on both April 6 & 7 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the CAWP offices.
WHO MUST COMPLY WITH OFCCP: Contractors who work for PennDOT or other federal and federally-assisted agencies are required to comply and take specific affirmative action steps.

• When and how often should my company expect to have a compliance evaluation?
• What does OFCCP consider “good faith” efforts?
• What does OFCCP look for during a compliance evaluation?
Day one of this webinar will educate participants about the 16 steps and what to expect during a compliance evaluation. Day two will deliver practical guidelines, compliance assistance tips, and safeguards for employers to consider when faced with an OFCCP compliance evaluation.
Note: CAWP will facilitate a roundtable discussion at the end of day two in an effort to share best practices from other contractors and to answer any questions regarding local audits or good faith efforts.
