Statewide Minority and Female Resource Directory

This directory was prepared to assist contractors serving the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation. It is to be used as a tool by firms holding federal/state contracts in locating and recruiting minority, female, and disadvantaged applicants for employment on highway and bridge construction and non-construction contracts.
