| The 2020 CAWP/H2AP Safety Banquet will recognize Accident-Free Supervisors and Companies for their safe work during the 2019 construction season. In order to have ample time to prepare the awards and event program, we ask that you submit the following information no later than January 31, 2020 for recognition at the 2020 Safety Banquet. Please use the online form to submit your safe supervisor names to be printed in the program for the 2020 Banquet. Submit your company award eligibility forms as well. Completing this form contains the necessary information for you to submit your company’s safety statistics for both the CAWP/H2AP Safety Awards and the AGC NASA Safety Awards programs. Most of the information comes from your company’s 2019 OSHA Form 300A. For details, please view the entire Safety Bulletin. Registration to attend the event will be available in February. |
