Change of Management

Should any contractor member experience a merger or consolidation, or be acquired by a third party, or sell all of its assets to a third party, then the member must immediately notify CAWP.  The member must then reapply for new membership.  The changes will be appropriately reflected upon the records of the Association.

Change of Name

Should any contractor member change its business title or name, then such member must immediately notify CAWP and submit a written/electronic notice of the name change.  The member may continue to be a member of the Association and the changes will be appropriately reflected upon the records of the Association.

Change of Operation

Should any member of the Association change operation to the extent that its membership classification eligibility is affected, such member must immediately notify CAWP.  If such change of operation conflicts with the rules of the Association, then such member will either need to re-apply to change the membership classification or terminate membership.  The changes will be appropriately reflected upon the records of the Association.

Reinstatement

A member who has been expelled for failure to pay dues may be reinstated when all delinquent dues have been paid to the Association.
