Jason Koss is the Director of Industry Relations for CAWP. Since joining the Association in 2002, he has led initiatives that strengthen safety, workforce development, education, and emerging leader programs across western Pennsylvania’s heavy and highway construction industry.
He is actively involved with safety organizations and joint labor-management training programs focused on apprentice recruitment and development, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Engineers Society of Western Pennsylvania (ESWP).
Prior to CAWP, Jason managed safety on projects in Chicago and Washington, D.C., with Clark Construction Group. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Safety Science. Emily Marotte is the CAWP Director of Events and has served in this role since 2005. Additionally, she manages the membership database, member directory, and quarterly dues processing.
Emily earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from John Carroll University. She resides in Lower Burrell, PA, with her husband of 16 years and their two children.
Jodi Torboli is the Creative Director and has been part of the CAWP team for more than 25 years, bringing creativity and heart to everything the organization shares. As Creative Director, she shapes CAWP’s visual identity across websites, event coverage, photos, videos, and the CAWP Weekly newsletter, which is delivered to inboxes every Monday morning. If it’s visual and uniquely CAWP, chances are Jodi had a hand in it.
Jodi earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University and lives in Washington, PA, with her husband. Now navigating life as an empty nester, she proudly cheers on her two children as they pursue their careers and adventures. When she’s not designing or capturing moments behind the camera, she’s likely outside exploring local parks and trails with her Mini Doodle, Auggie.
Stephanie is the Executive Assistant and has been with CAWP since 2007, and is the voice members hear when calling the office. Stephanie supports CAWP’s members with general inquiries and those related to membership and labor relations.
A 1997 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Writing, with a minor in Political Science. During her time at Pitt, she competed in cross-country and track, and she continues to enjoy running, regularly participating in local road races.
